Refund policy

We hope you enjoy the new clothes but if for any reason you need to return any Tall by Design product we offer an exchange, or refund on the purchase price on the following conditions.

*Note Sale items are only eligible for an exchange and will attract re-shiping costs.

1. You return your garments within 14 days of the purchase date with your receipt/invoice.

2. The garments must be returned in their original condition (please take care when trying garments on).

3. Please enclose a note explaining why you are returning and what you would like to do, exchange or refund.

4. Please note that courier fees will not be refunded, and returns to Tall by Design are at the customers expense and care.

5. Re-shipping costs will apply to all 'Sale orders' & 'International orders'.

6. Within NZ, & excluding Sale items, your 1st exchange will be free of courier charges however 2nd and subsequent exchanges will attract our standard courier charges.

7. It is recommended for your own protection that you return garments by courier. Tall by Design cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged goods in transit, or goods that don’t reach us.
